Emotional Sound Technique (E.S.T.) founded by Regina Murphy. It
is using a tuning fork and a crystal on the meridian points, allowing
your vibration to change and create healing. Sound travels through
water four times faster than through air. The body is 70-80% water.
When applying the OHM tuning fork to the body, you create a healing
symphony within the body systems. Candice Pert Ph.D., a medical
researcher, who discovered the “endorphin receptor”, stated in her book
that sound opens the cell receptors faster than anything else does. The
book she wrote is entitled “Everything You Need to Feel Good”
The
OHM frequency of 136.10 Hz sonically resets negative cellular patterns
that cause pain, repressed emotions and physical and mental illness.
Applying an ACTIVATED weighted (with feet) tuning fork to the meridian
point is not only painless, it is very enjoyable. It accesses the
body’s natural healing system. When used instead of tapping with the
EFT system, it really kicks it up a notch. Rev. Day run the sound
through a rose quartz or other crystal by placing it on the meridian
point and then placing the activated fork on the crystal for further
clarification and amplification in the body. Many practitioners are
now using this method with profound results.

I am used to doing a lot of differnt kinds of energy work with different practitioners and Madeline's work intrigued me. We had an appointment and I was totally relaxed by her presence and demeanor and we got into some of the deeper issues that I am working on physically in particular. For awhile, she did the tapping on my body and then instructed me how to do so as well. I could feel energy moving on several occasions and when we were all done I felt infinitely more relaxed and yet confident in the progress that we had created for my future.
