One session is usually 45-75 min depending on the issue(s) involved. Sessions can be done at my office or over the phone. Emergency sessions cost $25.00 extra. Please call and ask!

~~~~ EFT Group meeting ~~~~ NB! Change of locations, only Dec.2nd meeting Join me, Rev. Mary Madeline Day and Becky Gravely, creating a group learning about and use of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) in all aspects of your life. An EFT group that meet twice a month on a regular basis. My desire is to teach others how to use EFT to eliminate beliefs that are blocking their success in any area of life. Changing old and negative beliefs to positive, happy beliefs (LOA - law of Attraction). Also how to forgive others and themselves (creating self acceptance and love) to be able to move forward in life. Teach how beneficial EFT is in being aware and taking care of emotional roller coasters. How to respond (from a loving place) instead of reacting, and how to stop a whirl pool of thoughts and emotions that seems to take a spin of their own. People can talk about anything they are comfortable with and if they desire, they can make an appointment for one on one session. Water and notebooks are necessary, so what ever comes to mind can be written down and "worked" on, either in the group or private. This is an exciting and wonderful tool that is easy to use and learn. EFT is a healing aid that utilizes energy meridians. It is like acupuncture, but without the needles. Instead you use your finger(s) to tap on the end points of major meridians so that the energy flow can be restored. Negative emotions can have a harmful effect on the body and cause the energy flow to be restriced. With this simple technique the energy system is balanced, and the negative emotions subside to provide a quick resolution to physical and stress related symptoms. So come and join in and learn how to create the life as you want it to be with EFT. How to use EFT in releasing stress, emotional pain, forgiveness and much more. We will also work on Law of Attraction and why affirmations are not working for all of us. Learn how to use EFT and clear what is blocking your success.

I am used to doing a lot of differnt kinds of energy work with different practitioners and Madeline's work intrigued me. We had an appointment and I was totally relaxed by her presence and demeanor and we got into some of the deeper issues that I am working on physically in particular. For awhile, she did the tapping on my body and then instructed me how to do so as well. I could feel energy moving on several occasions and when we were all done I felt infinitely more relaxed and yet confident in the progress that we had created for my future. I have for 10 yrs tried to quit smoking, everything from patches to gums, Madeline asked me to try an EFT session. After our first session, I went from smoking 3 packs a day to 1/2 a pack. I expect to be smoke free after one more session. ~ D.A.D., FL
